Portable Appliance Testing (PAT)
PAT or Portable Appliance Testing testing involves a visual and electronic test on all portable equipment within a workplace or building and determines whether or not the appliance is safe to use. The machine used for the testing, dependant on its findings, will establish a “pass” or “fail” status for the appliance.
Fixed Testing
Fixed Wire Testing is the testing of the circuits connected within your building. This includes the socket outlets, lighting circuits, and integrated wiring.
Because electrical installations deteriorate over time, it is important to have regular testing carried out. We provide a fixed wire testing service with the minimum of disruption to your business or home to ensure they are working correctly and safely.
Once the testing is complete, you will receive a full report on the condition of your installation. This will include a list of any faults, together with an estimate of costs to repair.
